Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping & return rules below carefully before placing orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We provide two shipping options for your selection:

Economical delivery method. Transit time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

âś… Express Shipping
Faster delivery service. Transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Note: Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to logistics congestion, customs clearance, peak shopping seasons or unexpected events.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country, package weight and chosen shipping method.
Occasionally we will run free shipping promotions, please pay attention to our website announcements.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by our shipping cost. We recommend you check your local customs policy before placing an order.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including postal code, phone number).
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If the package is returned due to address error, reshipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your package status via the tracking link inside the email.

7. Undelivered / Lost Packages

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it:
Please first check with neighbors, apartment management or local post office. Contact us afterward for further assistance.
Claims for lost packages need to be submitted within 30 days after estimated delivery date.

8. Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. We DO NOT accept voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason related to change of mind, size mismatch, dislike of style, long shipping time, or refusal to pay customs duties.
Once orders are shipped, no return requests will be approved for personal reasons.

Limited Exception (Only for our fault)

We only offer replacement or partial compensation if your items arrive damaged, defective, or the received goods are completely inconsistent with product descriptions.
You must contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the problem and outer package. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be processed.

Important Reminder

Please carefully check product pictures, size charts, descriptions and parameters before checkout. Feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing. By completing payment, you agree to this no-return policy.

9. Notice
