If you need an exact replica of a finished wig made by another artist, please place your order with the original creator.

Please state all custom details and requirements completely before paying the deposit!
We only accept orders within our craft capability; requests beyond our production ability will be politely declined.
🕒 Production Lead Time
Orders are accepted year-round and arranged in the order of deposit payment.
After order confirmation and deposit received, the standard production cycle is 1 to 2 weeks.
Once finished, we will send real photos and videos for your confirmation.
We will only pack and ship after your approval, and record the entire packing process on video for filing.

Tiny handmade marks are inevitable for fully custom handcrafted items, such as stray loose hairs and faint glue traces, which are normal for hand-made products.

📦 Packaging & After-sales Policy
Contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged, and we will try our best to offer follow-up solutions.
Damage caused during cross-border international shipping is out of our control, so returns and exchanges are not available for such logistics damage.
We will record the whole packing procedure and reinforce package protection before shipment.
We strongly suggest you record a complete unedited unboxing video upon receiving the package.
💸 Refund Policy
All wigs sold here are exclusive one-on-one handmade custom items made strictly per your personal demands.
Once production starts, the customized wig cannot be resold to other buyers.
Therefore, order cancellation, partial or full refund will not be allowed after production begins.
If parcel loss or shipping damage is purely caused by logistics issues, the recipient must provide complete unboxing evidence within 12 hours upon receipt, and we will negotiate a targeted solution case by case.
