🧵 About the Maker Our shop has years of professional experience in handmade wig crafting, utilizing mature and stable techniques. We specialize in custom anime and gaming (ACG) wigs, supporting all types of customization including anti-gravity 3D styling, fluffy textured styling, sculpted sets, and daily natural looks to accurately meet various cosplay needs. Every wig is purely hand-trimmed to highly replicate the character's design, ensuring stable quality and exquisite texture.

⚠️ Important Shop Rules All styles in our shop are original handmade works; we absolutely never copy or steal other designers' work. Replicating the exact same style cannot be 100% identical, which is a normal characteristic of handmade products. If you need a replica of another creator's work, please place an order with their original shop. Our standard wigs fit a head circumference of 50–60cm, and we can make minor custom adjustments based on your personal measurements.

📝 Custom Order Notice Before paying the deposit, please clearly communicate all your custom requirements and details. Our shop only accepts orders that are technically feasible; requests exceeding our crafting capabilities will be politely declined.

⏱️ Production Time We accept orders normally year-round, processing them in the exact order deposits are received. The standard production time is 5–10 business days. Upon completion, we will send actual detailed photos and videos for your confirmation. Once confirmed, the item will be packaged and shipped. We record the entire packing process and archive the footage.

2. Expedited Air Freight: 10–15 business days (Faster delivery, slightly higher shipping fee)

Note: Shipping costs for custom orders are not fixed and fluctuate based on package size and destination country. Accurate shipping costs will be calculated after packing and warehousing, with refunds for overpayments or requests to make up the difference.

🔍 Note on Minor Handmade Imperfections Purely handmade custom products will have slight handmade traces, such as a small amount of loose hair or minor glue marks. These are normal for handmade items. If you mind minor imperfections, please place your order with caution.

💡 Wig Care & Precautions (Optimized Complete Version)

• Storage & Maintenance: Strictly avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place to prevent the hair from fading, aging, or deforming. After each use, place the wig on the foam stand, tidy up the overall shape, and lightly spray a small amount of hairspray to set and stabilize the fluffy texture, effectively extending the wig's lifespan.

• Styling & Grooming: Do not use wooden combs on synthetic wigs, as this easily causes tangling, frizz, and breakage. For daily grooming, we recommend gently styling with your hands, paying special attention to the bangs which are prone to flipping. When handling the wig, pinch the inner hairnet and do not pull the surface hair; this effectively prevents the hairstyle from deforming and maintains its exquisite look for a long time.

📦 Packaging & After-Sales Policy If you find the package damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Damages from international cross-border shipping are uncontrollable factors, and we do not support returns or exchanges for such logistics issues. We record the entire packing process and reinforce the packaging before shipping. We highly recommend recording a complete, unedited unboxing video upon receipt as valid proof for logistics claims to protect your rights.

💰 Refund Policy All wigs in our shop are exclusive one-on-one handmade customizations. Once production begins, the item cannot be resold; therefore, we do not support order cancellations, partial refunds, or full refunds after production starts. Only in cases of package loss or transportation damage caused purely by logistics responsibility (no human factors), the buyer must provide complete unboxing proof within 12 hours of signing for the package. We will negotiate a solution based on the actual situation.
