Custom Order Notice
All wigs are handmade one-on-one after order confirmation. The standard production period is 7 to 14 working days once the deposit is confirmed.
We will send multi-angle photos and videos of the finished product for your confirmation before shipment, and record the entire packing process for filing purposes.
Two International Shipping Options
  Sea Freight: 30-50 working days delivery with cost-effective rates, suitable for bulk orders and stock purchases
  Expedited Air Shipping: 10-15 working days with full tracking availability and priority warehouse packing
The final shipping cost will be calculated precisely based on package dimension and destination country. Our customer service will inform you of any supplementary postage before dispatch.
Note on Minor Imperfections of Handmade Goods
This is a fully handmade customized product. A few stray loose hairs and extremely faint glue traces are inevitable during production, which are normal craft marks of handcrafted wigs and not recognized as quality defects.
Please carefully review all product photos before placing an order. If you are extremely sensitive to tiny handmade flaws, feel free to contact customer service for more detailed reference pictures prior to purchase.
After-Sales Regulations
You must record a complete unedited unboxing video upon parcel receipt. All after-sales applications will only be processed with valid unboxing evidence.
Squeezing or damage caused during long-distance cross-border transportation falls under uncontrollable external factors and does not support free return or exchange. We will negotiate targeted solutions according to actual damage conditions.
Once a custom order enters production, order cancellation, partial or full refund is not allowed, as customized wigs cannot be resold to other customers.
If after-sales issues arise purely from parcel loss or transit damage caused by logistics faults, the recipient must provide official logistics certification within 8 hours of receipt, and we will work out a personalized resolution one-on-one.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping & delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
